Dear community,This Thanksgiving, with heartfelt gratitude, we’re sharing big news: after five amazing years, the three of us have decided our work at Strata RMK has come to a natural end. Our business will be closed as of December 2024.The three of us have always been people who make “good trouble” within our respective organizations and communities. From 2017-19, we were all engaged in internal grassroots DEI&B efforts at our Denver-based tech companies when we found ourselves organically bringing together a coalition of 40+ forward-thinking Colorado-based companies dedicated to cultivating inclusive workplaces. Eventually, one of those organizations became our first client even before we made Strata RMK official. To everyone who was ever a part of the Elevate Change community, thank you from the bottom of our hearts.Being in this business for 5 years is a massive success. While we initially thought tech startups would be our primary focus, we surprised ourselves by expanding into other sectors including nonprofit, healthcare, food & beverage, sustainable energy, government, and many others. We found allies and mentors through impactful partnerships. We have worked with startups with fewer than ten employees, to organizations with thousands of employees distributed around the globe. Along the way, we figured out our superpower was empowering inclusive teams – because when it comes to team dynamics, people are people.The world has changed a lot since our founding 5 years ago, and so have we. The three of us will always embed DEI&B in everything that we do. We will always connect with and support the communities around us. We will always honor the humanity of each and every person we meet. Thank you for your belief in us.
